A Harvest alternative with one flat price
Same workflow: start a timer, review the timesheet, turn hours into an invoice. One flat price per seat, with no usage billing.

Why people are looking for a Harvest alternative
Harvest's paid plans now have a per-seat base price (Teams from $9/seat/month billed annually, Enterprise from $14), and on top of that additional invoices, projects, clients and tasks are "billed based on what you use", according to Harvest's own pricing page. Harvest doesn't publish the per-unit rates, so it's hard to know what a renewal will cost until it arrives.
If your work is "track hours for clients, then bill them", a meter on projects and invoices works against you. Every new client or small job makes your software bill bigger.
What Hourflat does
- Timer and manual entries. Start and stop with one click, or type
1:30. - Weekly timesheet with daily totals, editing and billable/non-billable flags.
- Invoices from tracked time. Pick a client and date range, then review and send. Each invoice has a Pay button linked to your own Stripe, PayPal or Wise.
- Unlimited clients, projects, tasks and invoices.
- Harvest CSV import that brings your history with you. See how.
- Team workspaces: invite teammates, see everyone's hours, and bill them on one invoice.
- CSV export any time.
What Hourflat doesn't do (yet)
We'd rather be upfront. Hourflat is a web app (it works on your phone's browser) with no native desktop app, no expense tracking and no integration marketplace. If you depend on those Harvest features today, Harvest may still be the better fit.
Pricing
$6 per seat per month, with everything unlimited. Early access is free, and founding members lock in $4/seat/month for life.
