Privacy

Hourflat stores the account details you give us (email, business name) and the data you put into the app (clients, projects, time entries, invoices) so we can provide the service. We use privacy-respecting product analytics and session recordings to see how the app is used and fix problems.

We don't sell your data. Invoice emails are sent to the recipients you choose. You can export your data as CSV at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing byron.wells@kivamail.com.

Our infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication and email delivery) process data on our behalf to run the service.
