Import from Harvest in about two minutes
- In Harvest, open Reports → Detailed time.
- Set the timeframe to All time (or whatever range you want to keep) and include all clients and projects.
- Click Export → CSV.
- Optional: export Manage → Clients and Projects to CSV too, which brings over clients and projects that have no time logged yet.
- In Hourflat, open Import and drop the file(s) in.
What comes across
- Clients and projects (with project codes and billable rates)
- Every time entry: date, task, notes, hours, billable flag and rate
- Entries Harvest marked as invoiced stay marked as invoiced, so they won't be billed twice
